Our work

What we've built, and who it's for.

A fire protection company, an education non-profit and a clothing label. Each started with what the site had to do for them. Here's what we built, and where each one stands.

Fire protection · Redesign and SEO

Eagle Fire Control

Fire protection and detection, from Durban and Johannesburg, since 1969.

What they needed
A site that explains each of their five services properly, and is found by the people searching for them.
What we built
Eleven pages: one for each service (extinguisher servicing, sprinklers, detection, training and risk assessments), pages for Durban and Johannesburg, and their clients and certifications. Keyword research decided which searches each page is written for.
Where it stands
Built, and waiting to go live on their own domain.

Education non-profit · New website

Feet of Hope

A school in rural Transkei, a student house, bursaries, mentors and meals, from Durban and Mbotyi.

What they needed
A site with more life in it, built around giving. Their designer had a full brand kit ready: the colours, type and graphics.
What we built
Six pages in their own brand and their own words, with numbers that count up as you scroll, and a donation form for once-off, monthly, quarterly or yearly gifts that hands over to Payfast to take the payment.
Where it stands
A concept, built for them to review.

Clothing label · Online store

EMVŸ

Every Man Values Youth: a label started by two brothers, with a world of its own. Its customers are Earthians, and every piece is a collectable.

What they needed
A shop that feels like the brand, shows every piece properly, and takes payment.
What we built
A five-page site with its own page for each of their eleven pieces, shown in their studio photographs at their own prices, a pre-order checkout through Payfast, and returns and privacy pages that follow South African law.
Where it stands
A concept. The checkout has been tested end to end in Payfast's sandbox, and stays switched off until launch.
